Skills currency is an important issue for people that work. Staying up-to-date with skills and knowledge means an employee remains relevant in the job market and shows a willingness to adapt as new ways of working take hold. Those who invest in their learning open up new opportunities that might otherwise not be available to them. With broader skills, employees can move between roles, employers, even industries.

Workplace Dimensions program graduates walk out with all the skills they need to grow their career. We’ve taken our experience of delivering high impact training to thousands of people in Australasia’s largest companies and created nationally accredited Certificate IV programs open to small groups and the general public. We surveyed 400 of our learners and 96.5% of them said their program with us was highly effective.

Our highly practical programs are delivered by Australia’s best facilitators, who use industry-leading course materials, drawn from best practice in Australia and globally.

How we work

Workplace Dimensions delivers a range of high impact face-to-face training to thousands of people in Australasia’s largest companies, small groups and the general public.  We are dedicated to supplying highly skilled and knowledgeable graduates through training that is practical, interactive, engaging and multi-sensory.

There are many benefits to choosing face-to-face training with Workplace Dimensions. Learners get immediate answers to questions and delivery can be adapted to better meet different learning styles. When learners participate in a workshop, we can help them to practice in a safe, simulated environment.

We deliver programs in most of Australia’s major cities. Check with our friendly team to see what funding might be available to you.
